I'm curious as to why people think this. I can't stand the guy, but I will give him credit for being a terrific leader post-9-11. But how in the world does that translate into having what it takes to be good on foreign policy?
The only reason Rudy is popular is because of 9-11.
At any rate, I oppose him on multiple levels, and I don't think he has a shot at the nomination, no matter how much the media wants him to get it.
He's just not a conservative, and he has WAAAY too much 'baggage.'
