There is a Blue Heeler down the road from me and this dog is the coolest dog I have ever seen. She owns the neighborhood and is loved by everyone. She is very smart too. I do not mean to disparage range practice. Quite the opposite in fact. However every time a story on FR involves rounds missing targets or misplaced rounds these heroes disparage the shooter. Forgetting that it is one thing to shoot on a range and another to shoot under stress. BUT, there are ranges that can help you with that. But usually not your neighborhood gun club.
