The fact that he will not deny this is truly something. He IS right that the charge against Libby is perjury, not "outing" his wife, but considering the statements IN WRITING that he has made, this failure to go on the record denying this is truly something.
I think a jury will find it difficult to convict if the original charges of "outing" an agent turns out to be the husband himself!

It mattered plenty to Joe-liar earlier in his media career as to who had outted his wife. In fact, that was all hew cared about for a while. Funny he is still not obsessed with that. Much like OJ-- no longer obsessed with trying to find the real.
