get the right judge on appeal, and his conviction could be tossed out. let's not kid ourselves here folks, this guy is going to be a superstar figure for every ACLU and human rights watch lawyer, bringing every appeal imaginable on his behalf into the court system.

Doesn't Islamic law require death of those who commit perjury?

Well, nevermind then.

Pat him on the head and let him go.

Maybe give him a big compensation package and free flight lessons and box cutters for life for his trouble.

Being buried alive in that concrete cell with a glimpse of the sky or fresh air gone forever is not the martyrdom this terrorist wanted.

The place is absolute frightening in photos. I can't imagine what it must be like.

Playing for power....some win and some lose.

This was his plan from the start. BY pleading guilty and the changing his plea he is hoping to assure himself appeals. He is mocking the system and I hope that people have the presenc eof mind to just deny him appeal and stick him away and be done with it.

Fine. The court can remove his life sentence after he dies.

this guy was willing to fly a plane into a building, he's hardly scared by supermax.

this is simply a planned part of his legal team's strategy to drag this country through the mud, using him, and our own judicial system, as the tools.

His delusions know no boundaries.

I guess the plan he had that the president would release him didn't work out too well.

You may have the answer. Put him on a pay-per-view webcam, and the nickles earned go to the families who lost loved ones in 911.
