I think it's the usual, "Never played against the naturally more superior black people." In other words, just plain old racism on the part of the poster. Some folks can't help themselves, it just blurts out.

If the poster is referring to specific black pitchers who were demonstrably better than the ML pitchers of the day, it's a valid point.
