It depends on the specific facts. For certain individuals, I think it does enhance the quality of their lives, because that is who they are. But certain homosexual sexual practices are medically unsafe. And there are huge costs attendant to the life style, for many, as one's virility fades, the hair line recedes, and the lonliness sets in. But the fact is, is that those who are gay, know this very well. That is why I don't think for a majority, it is a choice. It is who they are.

This looks like, once again, junk science.

I would suggest that it probably looks like junk science to you because it doesn't agree with your beliefs.

If the brains of gay men and lesbians show differences to straight men and women - that is data. A scientist is interested in data like that.

Others have particular agendas -

Kindly post anywhere I have said anything close to that.

How about answering the question: Do you believe the homosexual lifestyle should be celebrated and encouraged?

How about it, Howlin. Are lesbian relationships a good thing?

Which is better? Loving someone or condemning them?

What's better, enabling someone's bad behavior, or helping them get over it?

Those who enable the homosexual behavior of others are practicing false compassion no different than buying a six-pack for an alcoholic.

You have a spine of mush.

Should we as a society encourage and celebrate homosexual relationships?

Mary Cheney by her own admission has an active homosexual relationship with another woman. Do you believe such relationships are a good thing? Should we as a society encourage and celebrate such relationships?

As a society, we should mind our own business. Don't tell me you've got your life perfected to the point where you can tell the rest of us how we ought to live.

Guys like you come along only every 2000 years or so.

You write a long post - but hardly say anything(g).

If you would have learned a little vocabulary in college, that would not be an issue for you...

People have a right to do that when said person parades their sins publicly and tells everyone that their vile behavior is perfectly fine--and that they'll eventually force you to accept and celebrate it under the law.

It's not whether people have the right to do it. Everyone has the right to sin if they choose to. The point is that it is a sin.

Those who are sinful just add to their own sinfullness by focusing on the sins of others while not doing anything about their own sins.

I answered your tendentious question, which you posed I think more as a rhetorical device, than a sincere query, honestly, to the best of my ability. You just don't like my answer. That doesn't bother me at all, frankly.

I have had many gay friends and business associates over the years. They've had all different kinds of "lifestyles."

So have I. And they all involved a therapist.

Your post got exactly the response it deserves.

I know. You've got nothing. That much has been clear for some time now.

She's been with the other woman for over a decade -- so, I guess it's a good thing. Like the guy who wrote Fight Club -- he's been with the same guy for like a hundred years.

So, I have to assume there's something there that keeps these people together.

Nobody's asked me to embrace it or not embrace. I don't know any of these people. I can only speculate as to whether they're happy. That said, none of them asked my permission or blessing before they hooked up with their partners.

Somehow I knew you wouldn't answer this question. Instead, you ask me another question so you won't have to face this one.

Do you live your life loving people and affirming them, or finding fault with what they do, and condemning them?

It's a simple question.

You give atheists a bad name.

There is no such thing as an ecumenical atheist. There is no such thing as an orthodox atheist.

I do not bend my knee before idols...

You vomited a formless mass of lukewarm jello past your lips and called it an answer. You think you are wise and broadminded. Your answers evidence moral confusion and mental weakness.
