Where is this in the US code? Is it international law? Has the right assumed (invented) another right that is somehow "implied" in the Bill of Rights?
The only "right" migrants have is the right to stay in their native country.
They have a right to get in line and follow the rules that the citizens of this nation set forth for immigration and naturalization thru our elected representatives.
"Migrants Rights"?? I thought herds of caribou were "migrant"
