Border states hava a special responsibilty to the interior states. If the Feds won't and AZ Nat. Guard won't then who? All it takes is one Governor with B---s. If left unchecked then Arizona will no longer be a border state.

The Minutemen havent been accused of breaking the law. Quite the contrarythey have gone out of their way to aid law enforcement and ensure the safety of our border. The U.S. government has no grounds upon which to stifle the Minutemens constitutional right to organize, Tancredo concluded. I want to know the legal basis for CBP informing a foreign government of the activities of private citizens who are obeying the law. Sorry if you've already been pinged!

Funny, the 9th circuit actually ruled that was legal -- we have an ID requirement here in AZ now.

I was under the impression it was when Nixon left office. It was when the Watergate investigations started up. Nixon Resigned in August 1974.

Finally Bush gets tough on the border. Unfortunately it's not what we would have liked.

If the President saw this and was in support of enforcing our borders""""
Bush IS for protecting our borders -- against the Minutemen.

Funny, the 9th circuit actually ruled that was legal -- we have an ID requirement here in AZ now. Yeah the DNC went judge shopping on this issue in GA. Apparently the concept of requiring an ID to vote is not unconstitutional but any specific to implement this concept is as would somehow discriminate against the poor and minorities.
