The 25 year term that Richard Paey got is a travesty. Richard Paey was not a drug dealer, and he has a morphine drip for his pain in prison. There are murderers who don't come close to serving a 25 year sentence.
I agree! That prison term is way out of line. The drug enforcers are about as crooked as those they chase anymore.

Sounds like he was more than just a user.
That doesn't seem right to me either. Could be more to it, maybe he's a repeat offender or the drugs were harder.
