These people are basically morons and deserve whatever they get.
Only outside the actor's dwelling, premises or other land possessed or controlled by the actor.
Hollow points are not illegal in NJ. They sell them at the Ray's Sporting Goods on Rt 22.
That said, I was told when I bought them that if I shot someone in my house with them I'd go to jail as they were intended to KILL. I thought to myself, if I am shooting this gun in my house I intend to kill what I'm shooting at.
