a friend's nephew returned from his second tour over there and after two weeks of a four week vacation, was ordered to come back...he's headed back to Iraq...

Good news ping. Troops not being sent to Iraq as often. I wondered if it was more a 'readiness' issue with that unit. It doesn't sound like a reduction in troop strength in Iraq.
