The Minutemen and a crowd of supporters are ACROSS THE STREET from the American Furniture Warehouse. Lyman used his PA system built in to The Spirit of Allegiance to lead the crowd in the pledge to the American flag. Beautiful!
They are at this moment having speakers and going ahead with the rally even though the un-American Furniture Co. was so rude in their inhospitality. Instead, the furniture company is hosting about 40 marxist pro-invader protestors.
Needless to say, there are lots of media present hoping to get footage of a "conflict." Or, lacking that, they'll do their specialty of spinning.
The reason the Caravan cancelled the Rally in the park was that opponents picked up location information from the 'net or wherever and beat them to getting a permit.
Lyman calls this situation a symbol of the larger "turf battle" going on in this nation.
