Abortion Push on Mother's Day by Actress Gwyneth Paltrow for Planned Parenthood

HOLLYWOOD, May 10, 2006 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Actress Blythe Danner and her daughter, actress Gwenneth Paltrow, have disappointed fans by issuing a letter supporting Planned Parenthood, the world's largest abortion supplier, and denouncing the "growing movement" to end abortion as "disturbing."

"I think fans like to look at Blythe Danner and Gwenneth Paltrow as an example of loving family members. It is disappointing to see how Grandma and Mom could so radically support the brutal killing of innocent babies who would be just as loving and adorable as Paltrow's children, Apple and new baby Moses, if they were given the same opportunity to live," said Operation Rescue spokesperson Cheryl Sullenger.

"It is particularly insensitive and insulting that they have chosen Mother's Day to make a statement in support of abortion under the guise of 'protecting women' when there is ample evidence that abortion has physical, emotional, and psychological consequences that have adversely affected the lives of tens of thousands of women who would now give anything to undo their abortions," said Sullenger. "These regrets are particularly pronounced around Mother's Day. Their comments only add salt to the wounds of hurting women everywhere."

"If Danner and Paltrow were really interested in protecting women, they would use their influence to stop the tragedy of abortion, not continue it," Sullenger said.

Perhaps it was a botched partial - they only got as far as sucking out her brain.

Yeah, I know - not particularly funny due to the horrible truth.

I'll NEVER understand a woman who has experienced the miracle of child birth looking at her babies and still supporting abortion. That is one cold hard woman.

"Does Gwyneth wish HER mother had done it?"

Logical thinking doesn't enter into this. What amazes me is that such celebrity airheads actually think that they're demonstrating their intellectual superiority over women who chose to have children.

I've always wondered what is like for the children of women who have had abortions, to know that their mother willfully killed their siblings?

Happy heartless Mother's Day http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1629647/posts Posted on 05/09/2006 11:11:09 PM MDT by zipper

I thought this was a good point made by FReeper zipper last night regarding the above NY Times article:

This was just below the story "Baby deaths hit 4 million in first month" on the Commercial Appeal home page, which of course really means the 10th month, but we don't talk about what happens to those babies.

This coupling of stories so close to Mother's Day vaguely reminds me of the feminist Oxygen channel, the women's network that, on Father's Day some years ago, showed the movie "The Stepfather" detailing the brutal murder of an entire family.

This peculiar feature appears to be a rationalization of abortion-- an attempt to show that nature is full of examples of mothers killing or starving their babies-- for the good of the species, of course. Thus in humans selective abortion must be a good thing, since everyone knows only unwanted babies are aborted. So Happy Mother's Day from the New York Times to all those enlightened, independent women who might have otherwise brought those 40 million or so unviable tissue masses out of their wombs alive.

Yet more proof that being famous requires little if any actual intelligence or thought.

It even gets more disgusting since Gwyneth recently had a baby of her own. Sort of like flying in a private jet while complaining about us plebians driving our SUVs.

Only an actress would name her poor daughter, Apple.

What about the PP "Christmas Card" with Choice on Earth that they put out several years in a row? Like Mary would have done better with Roe v Wade...

Just a couple of weeks ago--baby Moses. I really don't know how anyone with kids can't support abortion.

Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, did after all talk about exterminating Negroes. Blonde, blue-eyed liberal movie stars don't have any problem with that, do they?

To Blythe Danner and Gwenneth Paltrow:

See the picture above? That is one of three former abortion rooms at the NATIONAL AMERICAN HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL in Baton Rouge, LA. It was open from 1986 – 1994. 30,000 children were aborted there. This was not the only abortion mill in the city. The “doctor” had this building built special to maximize his time and PROFITS.

Notice the kitchen sink with the garbage disposal. There were three ways for the “doctor” to dispose of the babies, an expensive biomedical incinerator, expensive biomedical waste pick-up (charge by pound) or a rather inexpensive garbage disposal. Every day God’s precious children were ground up in that disposal and flushed into the city’s sewer system. Thing is this doctor of death did late term abortions, so an assisting demon had to literally cut up the bigger kids to feed down the disposal.

I have given tours of the place a few times. It is like walking in a nightmare. The suction machine in one room is still plugged in and it works when you turn it on for the visitors to see and hear. This place is much like an abandoned Nazi death camp. It’s the only Memorial like it in the country. It’s a testament to America’s (and humanity's) darkest potential.

Some time after the mill was closed down, the doctor of death aborted himself with a bullet through the head.

Why don't mother and daughter share a common last name?

Why don't mother and daughter share a common last name?

Gwyneth has her dad's last name and her mother kept her maiden name after marriage to him.

Thanks for the "quick tour" of the clinic. I've never seen the inside of one.
It is very disgusting job no one could every pay me todo.
Also it makes me feel there is something wrong with a person that would allow themselves to have their baby aborted, (the doctors is sick in the head too). A woman that gets an abortion is definately not the kind of woman i'd want in my life.
The government and these abortion doctors would make better money and get respect if they could come up with a 100%"reversable" "vasectamy" for men and woman and have it reversed when they want to have kids. That is what a responsible individual would do. I keep forgetting though this society is becoming so no one has responsibility.
