Good.

I love that last sentence. "I will never surrender".

That is a great motto to have.

Sounds like they argue from a script, right?

Do you think I argue my points from a script? If so, come out and make the accusation.

I think fair minded, intelligent people can tell the difference.

Do you get the sense those that may be "professionals" are very good at what they do? Subtle and low key?

What's my point? Damn man Tancredo is standing shoulder to shoulder with the next McVeigh? Did you read that manifesto? I can't believe that people are surprised that the Minutemen are called vigilantes. Hell their leader is one step away from completely insane and he is leaning forward. Every person he has had intimate contact says he is a stick of dynamite with the fuse lit.

It will blow up in all of our face if FR becomes known as his base of support on the web.

You can name call if you want. I bet the original Minutemen were called names too. Those people are doing what our politicians lack the guts to do.

Another fine Conservative, Pat Buchanan is often called a Nazi on this site. For what? For loving America, and what it stands for.

Then you are as irrational as Simcox and a Patsi to boot.

Yep and the other nutcase from American Patrol and now Simcox's own words. All of the point to one thing, he is completely insane.

Perhaps because of his virulent Anti-Semitism.

Or maybe it is because he has said the wrong side won World War II.

Back a few years ago there was another nutcase militia freak that went nuts and killed a cop, it was later revealed that he was a long time freeper and sounded exactly like this new crop that has set up house here. The fact that he was a freeper was plastered all over the net. I just don't want the site to be tarred with that brush again.

Sooner or later, Simcox and his ilk are going to kill someone. These people are letting their emotions dictate their actions and that makes it a dangerous situation.

Heck even other nutcases are sacared of this guy. Is it any wonder that the minutemen are now tarred with the vigilante label?

American Border Patrol Rejects Militia Manifesto Simcox Plan a Formula For Disaster

Simcox photo from L.A. Times (arrow, text added by ABP) Sierra Vista, Arizona (American Border Patrol) March 19 -- Glenn Spencer of American Border Patrol has denounced a plan by a group headed by Chris Simcox to repel illegal aliens "with force if necessary!" "Mr. Simcox has made some pretty irresponsible statements in the past, but this crosses over the line and cannot be allowed to go unchallenged," Spencer said. According to Spencer, he had warned Simcox in the past to obey all laws and avoid the threat of the use of force on the border.

"I told Mr. Simcox that I have worked for twelve years on the border problems and I was not interested in having all that work ruined by the irresponsible act of some misguided publicity seekers." Spencer said Simcox is becoming a perfect foil for those seeking to keep the borders open. "The recent story in the Los Angeles Times shows just how the open borders crowd will use Simcox' irresponsibility to smear all those who are seeking to have our laws enforced by official law enforcement agencies," Spencer added. Spencer said that American Border Patrol is a tax-exempt organization dedicated to reporting factual information, and opposes vigilante, militia movements. Yep and we have good freepers traveling with him now. It is a recipe for disaster.

Considering statements we've seen made here about "methods" to control the border, it is indeed a scary thing.

"What makes you think I'm staying home."

Oh I don't know. Could it possibly have been this statement you made earlier in the thread..."My logic in supporting the idea of staying home is that this border issue is so important that everything else pales in significance." If you think quoting you amounts to a personal attack, perhaps you are a little overly sensitive.
