Well, does any MLB team offer a males-only promotion, like say on Father's Day?
Do you think they could get away with it, without the man-haters descending en masse? After all, doesn't fatherhood represent the historical legacy of a patriarchal oppressive society?
The Texas Rangers did last year. I took my Dad to the game and we each got a grilling set that included a pair of barbecue tongs, a nice heavy-duty spatula, and a basting brush. This year the only promotion on Father's Day is a "Sunday Sundae" special wherein kids under 13 get an ice cream sundae for a dollar.
