Of 1,003 U.S. adults surveyed in a telephone poll... If you want poll results biased towards the left, you poll "registed voters". If you want to go for broke and want it really biased you poll "adults".
"Likely voter" polls are the most accurate and even those are iffy.
This poll is meaningless.

This poll is meaningless.Even if it's 10% off, he is at 32% approval. If it's 20% off, it's 35% approval.
