The US would do itself - and the Western Hemisphere - a lot of good if they stopped by oil from this chump.

Chavez is going to re-ignite civil wars in Central America. He's making a big push for that scumbag Daniel Ortega and the Sandinistas in Nicaragua.

A reverse embargo of Yanqui dollars, if you will, might starve this SOB out.

We are the United States, we do what we want, when we want, to whom we want, and I doubt that your little pissant country can stop us. For all you know the US may attack you, Mr. Chavez, and you can't stop us, no one can stop us.

Sounds like Chavez and Dean are getting their talking points at the same time from Soros and Hillary.

It's been said that the average American hasn't sacrificed anything for the war effort.

If Chavez cuts off our oil supply, I'm willing to change my routine and deal with the results.

He can't be allowed to blackmail us.

You know it some ways it's funny, in World War II, we had Hitler in Germany, Mussolini in Italy and Tojo in Japan.

Now, we have that Jew-hating Ahmadjihad in Iran, Chavez in Venezuela strutting around with his chin stuck out like Mussolini, and Kim Jong Ill is trying real hard to be another Tojo.

And all three of these mutts are so ronery.

Iran is going to get the big smack down, and I'm willing to bet it's sooner rather than later. I could well be wrong, but I happen to believe that the Bush Administration is allowing this diplomatic doo-dah with Iran and the U.N. to drag on for a while to allow Israel time to prepare for any retaliatory response from Iran (if they sit this one out), or to actively participate in a joint U.S./Israeli operation to take out Tehran's nukes.

Kim Jong in North Korea may be a lot of things, but he is if nothing else, one sneaky little SOB, and it would not surprise me if he waited for a U.S. strike on Iran to launch an attack on South Korea, thinking that he might gain some tactical or strategic advantage.

As for Baby Huey down Venezuela way?

He's a pissant. We can take his ass out like yesterday's garbage any day of the week we take a notion to do it, and there isn't one damn thing he can do about it except to parrot Cindy Sheehan about how "evil" the U.S. is. He actually thinks he can remain in power until 2031, when the fact is, that no-cojones scumbag isn't even going to LIVE to see 2031.

Mark that down. You read it here first.

Oil is valuable; Venezuala is not. Same deal in most oil-rich countries-- they can afford to be pointless and worthless because money keeps coming in right now, but the fact remains that they are pointless and worthless, but when the oil is gone, and/or they aggravate enough people that their oil is simply taken away from them by force, they will be needing to sell a whole lot of chewing gum to an eager world to even continue to exist. Such a pity!

Well, he is right about the scarcity of oil. Can't deny that if we attack Iran, the price of oil will go to $200 a barrel or more.

Visiting Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said in Rome on Thursday in case of a military attack against Iran, no country in the world would have access to crude oil.

Stopping the flow of oil worked so well for the good folks in the Middle East the last time it was tried. /sarc

The same thing will happen to los Venezolanos . Without the black gold flowing out of the depths of Lake Maracaibo, his people will starve. Mass starvation is by far the fastest way to drive that man from power.
