Are you volunteering to send money abroad, inquiring whether it's legal, asking about the technical details of how to do it, or what?
I am an expatriate U.S. citizen and regularly send money in both directions (i.e. into and out of the U.S.), e.g. transferring funds into any of several accounts of mine at here (Europe) or at home, of relatives, Amazon.com, etc.
