IT was nearly that time 2 yrs ago, in Seattle, when they tried to pass a .10 per cup coffee tax.

Something about monkeying with the public caffiene supply doesn't sit well!

However the shell game of blame is also wearing thin! R good D bad + D good R bad....= R bad D bad.
