I live in Hyde Park (subsection of Boston). Where I live is a hill, so not only has it not flooded here, but I didn't even know about the state of emergency until now.
I'm in the Back Bay of Boston, no serious problems yet. I'm more than a little surprised though considering the entire neighborhood is built on what was once entirely water.
