Between each at bat he goes through the same motions with both gloves. Loosen,tighten, loosen,tighten ,loosen,tighten with one hand. Repeat. Step back into batters box. After the next pitch repeat again. Unless he gets a hit, then...well..you get the idea.
I haven't seen him play for a while. I don't normally follow the Dodgers, but I'm sure he still does it.
