Some folks just can't stand the idea that our President may be wrong on an issue, so they cannot carry on a civilized discourse about the merits of a particular view.
If you disagree with the Presidents position on illegal immigrants then you are a "Bush-Basher" or a "DU troll"
or any number of sub-human entities.

I have been around awhile and I seen a lot of Bush bashers get banned and many leave. I am not sure if your assertion is all that accurate. As for me I have been a basher of Teddy Kennedy, John McCain, and Vincente Fox and if our President gets bashed as well, it is nothing personal but it is a result of the crowd he's been hanging with. President Bush is a decent man, as for the other three, they are not.

If FR is anything, it is a large group of people who live to argue about politics.Talking politics is fine. But when traitor is one of the nicer words used for our President, then it is over the top ridiculous.

Well, I've got to admit that I'm partly responsible for the decline in posting.
Because I very simply held back and didn't post on a number of threads
when the labels ("names") have been whipped out on the thinnest of pretexts.
It's kind of a relief to make this confession.
For once it's not Bush's fault.

It may be some people read without commenting. It is no use arguing with some of these fools. I saw one immigration thread today where a new member was calling those opposed to his view crybabies. How do you respond to immature hostile people like that. Let them bury themselves and get banned like all the rest of the name callers and fire starters.
