The two commissioners who voted down the amendment say it's really a matter of people's health.
Well then maybe the two soviet commizars er i mean commissioners should quit their government jobs and go work for the w.h.o. oh wait that wont work the w.h.o. already released a report a few years back stating that second hand smoke doesnt have any health risks and is actually benificial to a certain segment of the population
