i heard Sessions on Mark Levin last night say that they changed the language that would have allowed 100-200m legals.

It went from something like "300,000 a year which increases 20% if the current cap is met" was changed to "200,000 a year, period. No increase".

Sessions said it live on the air.

I heard they backed off that number. Now it's allegedly something like 10 million. Sounds suspicious to me, though.
