Being that most of the Latinos in Central Florida are from Puto Rico, there is nothing that you or the government can do. They are automatically US citizens after all.

Not only unenforceable but most likely unconstitutional, wouldn't you say? Doesn't 14th Amendment guarantee equal protection under the law...period. I don't believe it says anything about race, color, creed and language spoken. This dimwit Imhofe as as unamerican as they come. If this becomes law, will the White House web site, stop having the Presidents speeches and etc. in spanish as well as English..If it is going to be in one foreign language it should be in all the languages there are in the world..
