I doubt my neighbors like us. My kids are always screaming outside. Sometimes in fun, sometimes because they are bossing the other kids around, and sometimes because they are mad at each other.

I figure if it is before 8 pm then it is exceptable. After that, they need to be quiet.

The are brushing their teeth and heading to bed by 8pm. Yes, it was during regular hours.
