But these conspiracy rants detract from real discussion of the plan - the major flaw in the plan is that it doesn't deal with 12 million+ illegals already here. What major flaw? If borders are non existent and we are the North American Continent, there won't be such a thing as illegal aliens.

That's fine except the CFR plan calls for stronger borders and only talks about cooperating with neighbors so that's really a non-sequiter.
Maybe the CFR was able to foresee the coming crisis and thought we couldn't get a sane immigration bill so they settled for border security.
But I'd like to see more than that.
