"ACLU needs to be shut down, permanently." The ACLU isn't the core of this problem. The REAL problem is with judges and juries who let the ACLU's rubbish see the light of day in courtrooms across the nation. If judges would see their cases for what they are and throw out such cases, it would reverse this trend.
