Great article. Quite informative. Yet another reason we need time to get their new army fully operational. Blithering morons like Biden and Murtha simply don't get it.
They think in a very very tiny box at best. Some do not realize when we mean starting from the ground up. That is what it means. We have to train them in every MOS a modern well equiped army requires. Not to meantion a whole new way of creating their command structure, with built in vertical responsibility. The soldier on the ground carrying a rifle is just one small part of what is required.

Marines don't have medics. They have Navy Corpsmen.
Sounds like Army Medics and Navy Corpsmen are making this happen.
