I'm surprised Al could put a movie together. You'd think he'd be too busy all the time in the bathroom after all his iced tea.

Apropos bathrooms: Al Gore must be recognized as the Father (or Mother) of one of the greatest environmental advances of the previous century, the Federally mandated low-volume flush toilet, which came directly fromn the work of a commitee he headed. ("Headed," get it?)

Before Al Gore, an American flush toilet did its business with a mighty Niagara-like roar of 8-10 gallons. Away. Done. After Al Gore, the Federally mandated toilet can take as many as four or five feeble 6-gallon water-saving flushs to work its magic.

Al Gore's Greens are proud that they are saving us 2 gallons per flush. In fact, (and I know that many real people will not believe this) many Greens advocate that a family flush once a day. No Sheet.

That is why I think of Al Gore once a day. Sometimes twice. And that is why there is an underground 'black market' in old toilets. Al Gore: Inventor of the Internet, Film Maker, Plumber's Friend, and future POTUS? Waddaguy.
