According to the 2000 census there are 9 million Mexican-born residents in the US.

The other 20 million didn't bother to return their Census forms.

LOL. We know the numbers are much larger. In nearby Falls Church, VA there is a major effort to enforce the local zoning and fire codes. Illegals are living 10 to 15 a room. I am sure they didn't declare that on their census forms.
