That works out to $3 billion for 1000 miles. Chicken Feed! At that price I would do the entire border. Additionally. I wold hire 30000 more for the border patrol. The minuteman deserve to get paid. These would be great jobs for those returning from IRAQ.

Agreed! Even at this ridiculous price, it's under 6 billion to build a fence the entire way.

I like the idea of supporting it with 20-30K. Since some don't like the idea of using military, let's use a domestic force recruited for that purpose.
