Hey, a half a million bucks for notoriety. He already earned it when he came out of the closet. Do we really need to hear the details of McGreevey's sexual conquests? He clearly has issues to work out. But he should spare us the need to air his dirty linen in public.

This is a classic case of transferring blame from the guilty to the innocent. Our culture eats this stuff up. No one is every guilty of their own misdeeds. No, in this case it is the fault of all those who insist society hold to traditional moral standards.
