Frightening that this sort of glaring mental illness isn't immediate grounds for expulsion from the military. Good thing for Canada it doesn't really have to defend itself!

Officers also cannot "opt out" of strip-searching transsexuals unless they believe they have significant rights of their own to protect. Does this make a single grain of sense to anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
