President Bush could wake-up tomorrow morning and order a massive strike and invasion against Iran, and nobody could do anything about it. That's the way our system is structured.

And then when Israel or parts of the US gets hit, the left will say " why didn't you protect the innocent civilians from this attack " and hold congressional hearings to impeach President Bush for being incompetent for not protecting us and Israel from terrorist attacks and from Iran.
