These judges will use any excuse to let the sex offenders go.

Judges will continue to pull this crap as long as there are no consequences.

"You are a sex offender, and you did it to a child," she said.
But, she said, "That doesn't make you a hunter. You do not fit in that category."
What?

Wow, he should rob a bank or something... It's like a real-life get out of jail free card.
Some judges are just idiots.

how soon until offenders start chopping their legs short for probation. Like a rabbit will chew its leg off if caught in a trap, soon I imagine the inmates will start ankle biting...

"I truly hope that my bet on you being OK out in society is not misplaced." And if it is misplaced then what will the judge say to the victim?
To: Brilliant
The judge should serve his sentence for him.
To: Brilliant
This judge should be given the death penalty.

Bill O'Reilly is going to have a conniption fit when he hears about this one...I am becoming more of a fan of BOR every time he does a "one man" vs. "one man" crusade.
BOR vs. Sami Al-Arani
BOR vs. Judge Cashman
BOR vs. Judge O'Connor
BOR vs. UO President
When we look at the devastating effects of the "one man" attacks against our American way of life, it is easy to see why the anecdote just may be another "one man".
From Madilyn Murray O'Haire to Micheal Nedow to the "one man" bicycle rider/Ten Commandments in Elkhart IN to the "one man" and the San Diego Cross, to Mike Nifong in Durham NC to Ward Chruchhill in Boulder CO.
Richard Belzer (another beaut!) wrote a book, "Just Another Lone Nut" and that perfectly describes how the rights of ONE "victim" now trumps the rights and the peace of the many lives that are disrupted by the tactic. BOR gets this, and more importantly, hammers away at it on a daily basis. I hope he goes after this judge with a vengeance...too short for prison? How tall was the little child he raped?
To: Brilliant
I wonder, had the judges child had been assaulted by this guy, would the sentence still be the same.

"You are a sex offender, and you did it to a child," she said. So this guy rapes a child and gets away with it because he is SHORT? Can we indict the judge? What the hell is she thinking?

Up is down, left is right, perpetrators are now victims. This is more leftist crapola designed to turn our society on its head.

This is one of the dumbest judgements I have ever heard. Since when is height a factor for criminal behavior?
