As we write, Vicente Fox is in California urging his citzens,and our illegals, to mobilise. Since he and Bush both support the amnesty bill passed by the Senate, I think they should make joint appearances.
Perhaps they can hold a joint press conference and announce that both governments have decided to cancel the 1848 Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.
But what's the point -- they're getting the territory back step by step and block by block anyway. Perhaps Bush will propose to Congress that we pay reparations for "stealing" the land.
