62 Senators, including 23 Republicans, voted to continue the swamping of our country with a foreign culture, uneducated low-wage workers, criminals, and welfare recipients.
Unless we soon elect a president who will enforce the law and secure the border, our country as we have historically known it will erode until is is unrecognizable.
Thanks alot Bush, Frist, McCain, Graham, et al.
Nooo. You think?
BTTT !!!
AMEN!
Nope, I'm not into name calling but I am convinced they cannot sustain any significant support for their position even if they try to articulate it clearly. Let's hear them all rationalize this mess and their numbers will diminish in direct proportion to their lack of logic. So far all I've seen from thse folks are ad hominem attacks, name calling, and a steadfast if misguided almost religious devotion to a president I feel has not just deserted his base but, regarding the illegal alien issue, has deserted his sworn duty to protect and defend this nation. I'd really like to see them stand up to the real issues here. Watch their response.
I totally agree with you!
Reckon the South will 'rise again?
Good for you!
I told them I'm not donating one penny to them either.
I'm donating to the MinuteMen; Joe Arpaio's Posse, and maybe Joe's jailhouse homeless critters.
I just fired off an email to my Senator Mitch McConnell with my total disgust for his RINO vote. Hey Mitch guess who will not get my support in the next election.
GRRRRRRRR!
It was reported on TV last night that Jon Kyl is the one who told about Spector sliding that in at the very last minute...consulting MEXICO about building a fence.
As a former resident of AZ, I have so much respect for Jon Kyl----but not McLAME. (Did his wife ever stay of out Rehab? What's the dirt on that?)
Please explain this one sentence....thanks.
It seemed we were on a fast tract to Vicente Fox's wishes until Sept 11....
..then everything was shelved temporarily.
IMO,most US citizens didn't understand or even know the vast problem we have with illegals....until recently .
If 9/11 hadn't happened all of this we're discussing today would already have been a moot point!
I know you folks have endured so much, and for that reason I have been trying to get people east of the Mississipi get a grip on reality.
I'm still working on waking up the East Coast!
I'm igornant about the Texas Rangers. Do they have the right to "shoot to kill"?
Are the Rangers involved in any capacity in helping with the border crisis?
Should be renamed to the NO ILLEGAL LEFT BEHIND BILL
Exactly! Is there a way to find out who their major campaign contributors are, and who is backing them?
Thanks for the sentiment but it is too late for California. Save yourselves.
Yes, at this point we all need to put our Reps. on speed dial and let them know what we think, frequently. They're getting a LOT of pressure from the White House and Senate to allow some sort of anmesty, but they'll hold firm to keep their jobs in November.
I remember that.
Do you think all S&B's (Yale) have nwo agenda?
I've recently read that staffers oftentimes tash FAXES and emails, and the best course is phone calls because they do have to answer those!
So, we need to telephone our Representatives!
>>>>Please explain this one sentence....thanks.
Sure. In 2000 PresBush ran on reforming our immigration policy. Once Bush took office he would occasionally make remarks that promoted a temporary guest worker proposal. Bush says HIS guest worker proposal is not amnesty and that he doesn't support amnesty. The Senate guest worker proposal (S.2611) mirrors the Bush proposal. Bush supports S.2611 which is the issue of this article thread. Even Ed Meese, Reagan's AG came out with an essay this week that said, S.2611 is almost exactly the same as the IRCA of 1986. It was amnesty in 1986 and its amnesty today.
