I am anything but a pacifist. Men in my family have bled and died in almost every war we have fought. Some were with Gen. George Washington, War of 1812 on down the line to the War we are fighting now.
Our son served as an Army Ranger and I am very proud of each and every Man and Woman who now serves and I pray that God will lead and guide our President as we fight this war.
There are those who do not want us to see this picture. They are afraid that we just might remember 911.

But this country has been sent back to 1968. In the minds of the sheep, 2001 hasn't happened, and we're all baby-killers here in Iraq - Marines, Guardsmen, the lot of us.
I return from war to find a nation in ruins. And I intend to stay at home in November and play with my son, of whom I've missed 18 months of watching him grow, because I went off to do a thankless job for a nation of ingrates of whom my service is neither wanted nor welcome.
