I can't believe this....Murtha is just making up stuff..."iraqi's pleaded for their lives inEnglish"
Ok...that is it.. I will have to turn that off..Murtha just gets front page honors...disgusting man.
So he(Murtha) has to keep in the news about something else all the time. The further non-related from corruption in allotting defense contracts the better for him.
Being against the war is as good as anything. If we go after him on anything else now it will look like we are just out to get him. He needs that buffer, bad. All rats learn how to play the(stay out of jail) game from their teachers the Clintons.
Murtha's self-serving publicity quest knows no shame. How many times does he have to mention he visits wounded vets at Walter Reed? I bet they wish he wouldn't!!! He's a sanctimonious old blow-hard! Nobody loves the Marines more than he does....Bullhockeydoodoo! He makes the stomach churn!!
Sounded today on ABC with George Steph as if Murtha is going after Pace himself for participating in a cover-up. Murtha used his usual tricks today, makes a wild accusation, then back-pedals after he's made his head-line grabbing soundbite. Today his target was General Pace and higher ups.
Shut these old fools up!!!! If Marines did something wrong, they will be punished. But carrying on and on, posturing for attention by bemoaning the people who get killed in a war is beneath contempt. War kills. Thank God our country didn't stop the war for some soulful handwringing when a few Germans or a few Japanese got killed.
I repeat. The guilty will be punished, and without Murtha on his soapbox.
I watched ABC Stephie show and noticed Brian Ross was not on the panel. I didn't hear a word about his report on Hastert, but I did hear Brit Hume tell the FOX panel that ABC's report by Brian Ross was clearly intended to give the impression, Hastert is under investigation by the Justice Dept.
The opening words out of George Steph's mouth today was not an apology for taking part in Brian Ross's bogus report, calling an investigation into Hastert "seismic, if true". Instead Steph made a snide comment about President Bush and Blair apologizing for mistakes. I couldn't help but wonder if Steph had any qualms about even mentioning the word "apology" today. Guess not.
