Now the AP and the ACLU can sue for the pictures and plaster them all over the planet as a testament to how evil America is.

You read a story like this and your first response is to bitch about the ACLU and the AP? I question your priorities.

Then question mine, too.

I feel for the Iraqi family, but this will make a difficult war even tougher to fight.

Well, Guess what Skippy, if you think the ACLU and the AP might possibly be a creditable source for any news, people may just question your priorities.

How do you know what "Reactionary's" first response is? My first response is to hope it's not true. My second response is to pity the victims. Those responses "go without saying", but what truly concerns me is that AP is already spreading the "pretrial publicity" that my force the Marine Corps to take a big fat dump on a lot of folks, including individuals who had no direct responsibility for this incident, and even those with only the most indirect responsibility. I question your conservatism.

Where did you run off to?

You seem to want to defend the lying, liberal puke, scum sucking ACLU, they might be a creditable source?

ANY Marine deserves the benefit of the doubt, over a bunch of liberal pukes!

I felt the same way as Reactionary.

The reason is simple. If, if a massacre took place, I trust the truth will come to light and the guilty will be punished. If true, that 24 innocent people died at our hands is terrible.

But how many more people - and not dozens, but 100's, or 1,000's or 10,000's will die because the ACLU will press for those pictures, plaster them over the Internet, and they will be used to recruit large numbers of terrorists, Islamofascists, suicide/homicide bombers and IDE deliverers? They will be used to empower our enemies and weaken the resolve and effectiveness of friends at home and abroad. That will be the real significance of this event, if it happened as is now being reported.

I read reactionary's priorities to be, "innocent until proven guilty". That is what mine are, and we all know that the AP and the ACLU will use this story with all their might, to so demonize our troops that regardless of innocence or guilt, the stigma Will always remain.
