It's about him running for president - it's also about the Dems and the media types who think he actually IS the president since they refuse to believe he didn't win in 2000.

If our country survives long enough, some day there will be a hilarious comedy film based on the life of Al Gore.

Al Gore is crazy. He reminds me of those cult leaders who pronounce the end is near and repair to California to await the end.

I mean does this strike anyone else as serious,,I mean his beiing nuts. This is bizarre.

Besides who declares himself "carbon neutral" with a straight face. And he is seconds away from declaring himself a prophet. Man, he needs an intervention.

I want a reporter or someone to stand up and ask algore, " Mr. Gore, if we do nothing to stop Global Warming on what date will civilization cease to exist? What is the day month and year?" OK can't do that?
" How about the month and year?"
Nope again huh.
"Year? That should be easy since you invented the internet. What is the year that we will all be living in caves eating grubs and berries?"

If you were getting your picture take with a former Vice-President of the US who you actually liked, wouldn't you want to wear a decent pair of trousers?

Gore said he was "carbon neutral" himself and he tried to offset any plane flight or car journey by "purchasing verifiable reductions in CO2 elsewhere".

How about NOT doing the plane flight and car journey.....

I think it's obvious that Gore has no intention of reducing his own CO2 emissions. He only buys the GHG credits for their PR value in answering critics of his own outsized emissions. Maybe that's unfair; maybe he really believes that the emissions credits work. But, anyway, very few GW fanatics seem to be modifying their behavior to significantly reduce GHG emissions.

So, if civilization doesn't end in, say, ten years, will algore agree to shut up and go away?

"So, if civilization doesn't end in, say, ten years, will algore agree to shut up and go away?"

Nope.

It will just be something else and everyone will have short memorys giving them a free ride. These people have been wrong over and over again. It makes no difference. Only if the left leaning MSM dies will things change.
