Palestinians don't execute actual spies for Israel. They declare an ideological, political, or economic rival an Israeli spy and then have him killed. An old totalitarian tactic for eliminating the competition.
Actually I've heard from very reliable sources that both Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh and President Muhammed Abbas are providing the Israeli Defence Forces with almost daily information. In return their bank accounts in a well known Swiss bank are growing and growing.
