Lotto, a tax on the stupid and totally voluntary.............
A few months ago, it was announced in NC that illegal aliens would not be able to collect on any lottery winnings greater than $600. A valid Social Security Card will be required to collect.
Why would NC put a tax program in place that will finally collect taxes from a group of people that don't pay taxes, then discourage them from playing???
They should make lotto winnings from illegals forfeit.........
