This according to 'INSURGENT TV'
I hope that's not the standard warning sign that's supposed to stop the Iraqis...
There was an incident about two years ago (?) where a car came up to a US checkpoint, and a pregnant woman jumped out screaming, and just as she did the car-bomb blew up. It killed her and, I think, the other occupants.
Anyone remember it or where I could access the story?
I have liberal friends coming to visit and they are going to go on and on about soliders killing pregnant women.
These incidents may be similar.
A disgusting and inexcusable headline. Prove it mofos. If you can't, for once in your miserable maggot ridden life write an objective fking headline.
Hmm, what about the numbers of American military who get killed or maimed every day in Iraq????
Iraqi population?? The MSM are working overtime to convince OUR population that the United States Military are a bunch of murderous thugs, deliberately killing innocent civilians in the manner of Jenjis Khan.
This would be too easy to set up, but it would be called cynical to suggest that it was a set up.
Find, not suicide bombers, but "suicide propaganda martyrs" willing to create a headline.
go back to DU!
How can an Iraqi woman be pregnant? I thought they were too oppressed to have sex.
zzzzzzzzzzz
You waste your first post on that drivel?
I did note the difference in headings from the MSM blurbs and the one on military.com. The one on military.com states, "Car enters prohibited area, 2 killed."
Now that's the plain truth. Yet Yahoo first broke this news with the sensationalist heading soldiers kill pregnant iraqi woman.
An accident? Puh-leeze. The brother knew precisely where the checkpoint was, that warning shots would be fired and that the car would be stopped one way or another.
Between the recent incident in Afghanistan with the military truck brakes giving way and now this, on top of the Haditha allegations.....makes me wonder if some staging isn't occuring.
This little muslim brother could've been paid good money to drive the women through the checkpoint. And although I haven't kept up well on the brakes story it seems to me that in view of the fact our military does extremely good maintenance on its equipment, either that was an extremely unfortunate accident...or the brakes may have been tampered with.
Not sure if I'm delving into the tinfoil realm too much or not with this, but the sudden multiple stories about our mean military are just a tad too much of a coinky-dink for me.
its time to start easing US troops out of these duties - let the iraqi forces take care of checkpoint duty, this way they can decide to let the car through, and if its wired to blow up - they die.
It wouldn't surprise me
