If the list omits him, it is incomplete. General Wesley Clark was given an honourary KBE (Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) on May 28th, 2000. He also holds an Honourary Dutch Knighthood - Knight Grand Cross in the Order of Orange-Nassau, with Swords, as well. He is a member (in various grades) of at least another dozen European orders as well. These are courtesies traditionally handed out to NATO commanders, and do not necessarily reflect any particular merit.

Ahhh ok. I didn't research it myself, I just noted that the list of Generals included in the article seemed to skip over all of the Balkan campaigns.
