He should be arrested, and Schumer should sue him for defamation of character (because Hevesi said that SCHUMER had the backbone to put a bullet where I cannot bring myself to quote.) Whatever job Hevesi holds in NY should be vacated immediately because he's on hisway to jail -- or should be.

I hope the Secret Service interviews Hevesi for the threat. He is a pig. He should never have been allowed to get as far as he is in NY politics - he was very close to Donald Manes, who was very corrupt. The GOP in NY State had better run with this remark and talk radio should get on it.
