"I wish more lawyers were involved in property rights issues."

I loved Property Law when I was in Law School. It is the oldest, most established area of law. And, if I enjoyed better health, I would go in that direction.

BTW, I didn't get my law degree until I was 51.

I'd like to find books to read relating to English common law, its treatment of property rights, and its relation to our constitution in 19th century America. There's a lot of legal precedence there that was arbitrarily thrown out by the 20th century socialist courts.

However, those books are probably out of print, and I imagine few have been written recently.

All our liberties stress the sovereignty of the individual and his relationship to individual rights in his property. Too many politicians and judges are acknowledging the rights of the collective and its various groups over the rights of the individual. It's all Marxist BS.

How dare you call Trenton a pig farm?! That's an insult to pig farms everywhere.

The USSC already ruled in Dolan v Tigard that a state can't do this

The USSC decision of 2005 trumps the Dolan v Tigard decision of 1994.
