I guess hateful is in the eyes of the beholder.

Seems to me like people need to grow a thicker skin than what most "men" possess today.

Now everyone wants to mimic the liberal/socialist/communist speech of calling people "Hateful".

So be it, I choose not to. If I have a disagreement with you I can disagree with you. If you call me names, oh freakin well, it's certainly not going to make me curl up and die.

Most Liberals however, think they are being clever and cute by tagging people who use their free speech rights to slam others, as "hateful"

Ok, so I'm hateful, cry me a river.

People need to grow a spine and quit mimicking the liberal mantra's.

To all,
I am not convinced that the killings in Haditha were done by our men. These guys are trained not to do things like this.
Murtha and crew have jumped on this to make another My Lai. For that I can never forgive this man. If there were a way to drum him out of the retired Corps, I'd get rid of him.

Good find, this guy is obviously a propagandist for the Islamo-fascists, so NOTHING he says now or on the death certificates can possibly be relied upon. Is there any way to make certain the relevant JAG and defense lawyers know about this before the 'case' goes any further? I don't see how any criminal proceedings should be based upon any 'evidence' from this scumbag, though of course there may be other materials. This case stinks to high heaven........

Questioning the New Imperial World Order

The BRussells Tribunal is a hearing committee composed of academics, intellectuals and artists in the tradition of the Russell Tribunal, set up in 1967 to investigate war crimes committed during the Vietnam War. The hearing was scheduled for 14-17th April 2004 at The Beursschouwburg and Les Halles in Brussels. It was presided by Professor François Houtart, who participated in the Bertrand Russell War Crimes Tribunal on US Crimes in Vietnam in 1967, and who is one of the founding fathers of the World Social Forum in Porto Allegre. It was directed against the war in Iraq and the Imperial war policies of the Bush II administration. Its main focus was the ‘Project for the New American Century’, the think tank behind this war, in particular three of the co-signatories of the mission statement: Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and Paul Wolfowitz, as they are the physical link between the discourse and the brutal practice of the New Imperial World Order as designed by PNAC.

"A group of people representing the people of Hadeetha are calling all humanitarian NGOs to put an end to genocides and crimes practiced against them by the occupation forces and government-backed forces."

Great idea! Let all the lefty 'humanitarian' NGOs go into Haditha and take it over. We'll see how long they last.

Yeah, I saw that.

Did you see that William Rivers Pitt is also a BRussels member? That's Pitt from Democraticunderground.com fame.

PNAC = Project for the New American Century = Open Society Institute = George Soros

And ultimately the traitorous left.

What I'd like to know is: Who contacted Murtha?

Great work at exposing this blatant propaganda. Concerned citizens do a better job than the media at investgating this. Maybe because the MSM is afraid to verify anymore because they know the truth isnt in their best interest. They oviously are not giving the Marines the benefit of the doubt.

Sorry to say, that this is a successful propaganda attack by the enemy. No evidence, no fact, all rumors but the damage is done, the MSM, the left and even regular citizens are concluding that the marines went on a killing rampage against women, babies, children and an old guy in a wheelchair. Of course, no insurgents. As you can see its the US military doing all the Human rights violations, nevermind the terrorist insirgency who regularly muders dozens of innocents daily. They are never demonized as much as our military is in the MSM.

"You are right about the only strategy that is logical at this time. The problem with logic in this situation is, it has gone out the window. I personally feel betrayed by the party and this administration, much as I would if I found out my wife had a secret life, hated the grandbabies, only planted rose bushes to make the house look better and married me for my money."

I will admit that I am altogether not optimistic about the situation of the country. Without trying to sort my responses to different parts of what you say, let me put my position this way. First, when I speak of the Republican Party, I'm not primarily referring to the RNC, President Bush, and certainly am in no way referencing Arlen Specter. When I referred to the Republican Party being the hope of the country, I'm referring to the majority of the Republican rank-and-file, who are conservatives.

I guess in the back of my mind is that there are some tiny parties that people sometimes push as being more conservative or in some other way better than the Republican Party. Here's how I look at that. There may very well be some small parties that are "better" than Republican party at this time---but that is only because they are not large enough to be targeted by those on the Left who are now trying to destroy major conservative institutions.

As far as I'm concerned, this is all still an outgrowth of the original Russian penetration of American society that was documented to a significant extent in the 1930s through the 1950s (Ann Coulter, Treason). In the 1960s, something called the New Left developed which was not supposed to be connected to the Soviets---but personally I believe this is a lie. Yes, the New Left was not slavishly attached to the policies of the Soviet Union as the Old Left had been, but covertly, in my opinion, the connection was still there. Notably, John Kerry and Hillary Clinton were both open participants in the New Left.

In my opinion, the New Left set about the process of trying to infiltrate and subvert a number of American institutions beginning in the 1960s, including the Democratic Party; the State Department (which, according to McCarthy, the Old Left had already penetrated by the 1950s); our entire educational system, kindergarten through college; and the mainstream media.

Now, having successfully taken over those institutions, I believe Leftists have begun an infiltration of conservative institutions. This infiltration takes two forms: overt and covert. Someone like Arlen Specter is overtly bringing liberalism into the Republican Party. I believe there are others who have entered the Republican Party to serve the Left more covertly.

I believe the best chance to preserve freedom in the United States is to meet this threat inside the Republican Party and take the party back, one local and state committee at a time. Granted, I do not think this is likely: for only one reason. No conservative outside myself, as far as I'm able to determine, is aware of what is happening.

Starting another party will not help as the problem will follow us there. Nor do I think the country will enter a Civil War. The forces of freedom are being defeated in what are apparently democratic processes---but are really exercises in Leftist Subversion.

"I am pretty sure any lawyer can defend someone in a court martial, it is not done much because the rules are different enough that it becomes a liability."

You are correct. In addition, it appears that there are civilian lawyers who are experienced in defending court-martials.

It will leave a mark, for sure. The commie leftists will all choose to believe it as they choose to believe that 9/11 is a Bush conspiracy.

You write very much like David Horowitz, and along the same line. I would say that there are quite a few that agree with your points about the lefts infiltration, and they are scattered throughout the nation.

I agree that the grass roots of the Republican party is where the moles do the work of undermining and pushing the party to the left. They have now made their way to the top tiers in many places. I also agree that the party is the place to fight the battles to move back towards the right. I also agree, that few recognize the fact, and that is the reason for my pessimism about the future.

With what I have written above in mind, all I have to do to remind me to vote for Republicans, is to read some of the drivel in the local liberal rag, yahoo news or DU. There are fellow citizens within this nation that so hate this country, they spray spit when emoting. Those people are the core of the Dims.

"You write very much like David Horowitz,"

Thanks for the complement.

"and along the same line. I would say that there are quite a few that agree with your points about the lefts infiltration, and they are scattered throughout the nation."

I hope you are right. I suppose I am discouraged by the relatively small number I run into here on the Free Republic.

"I agree that the grass roots of the Republican party is where the moles do the work of undermining and pushing the party to the left. They have now made their way to the top tiers in many places. I also agree that the party is the place to fight the battles to move back towards the right. I also agree, that few recognize the fact, and that is the reason for my pessimism about the future."

It's good to hear of another person looking at things this way.

"With what I have written above in mind, all I have to do to remind me to vote for Republicans, is to read some of the drivel in the local liberal rag, yahoo news or DU. There are fellow citizens within this nation that so hate this country, they spray spit when emoting. Those people are the core of the Dims."

No doubt. Essentially, Democrats live in a closed social system. Any one who does not go along experiences increasing friction---as I myself did (having been born into a Jewish Liberal world and still basically living among the same type of people.) Eventually, if a person breaks completely with their thinking and becomes a Republican, as I did---he or she becomes ostracized.

Rather than face this, most people trundle along the path. The Left is quite accommodating, in its own way. Each individual submission they demand is small. Then at a certain point, even if a person becomes aware of the fact that they are entering a kind of slavery---they have lost their will to fight.

For many, such as the DU posters you refer to, it is more comfortable to completely abandon reason itself and to identify with the Left, then to continue to experience any dissonance between perception of reality and what the Left says. In fact, it could easily be argued that you and I are the ones who are not in touch with reality---the MSM of the entire world, most of the governments of the world, everyone is saying the same thing. We are the only aberration. Once we lose our political power, everything will be "fine".

Personally, one of the most striking things I have noticed recently is the way Schroeder went directly from being Chancellor of Germany to being a high paid executive in Gazprom. This shocked me, not because it indicated that Schroeder was an agent of Russia---that was obvious to me. I was shocked at the fact that Russia does not have to hide it! Yet, unless I'm missing something, there has been no reaction worldwide whatsoever---and I include the conservative media here.

Interesting. This is the same think tank Joseph Wilson has frequently criticized (usually in the same breath as criticizing a Richard Perle piece called "A Clean Break: A new strategy for the realm"). Here's an example from an online Q&A session Wilson participated in--included is the comment Wilson is responding to:

War in Iraq: Consequences, With Joseph C. Wilson, Former Acting Ambassador to Iraq, Thursday, April 3, 2003; 11 a.m. ET

Alexandria, Va.: In response to the reader who said s/he wasn't trying to be anti-semitic, you said that "his advisors" have argued for years that the way to peace in the Middle East is to crush the Palestinian resistance, etc. ... Whose advisors and can you elaborate on the history of this argument? It's not something I've heard of before, but then I imagine we don't hear to much about the arguments that go on in our government behind the scenes.

Also, could you tell us a little bit about your company JC Wilson International? Thank you.

Joseph C. Wilson: WE do political risk assessment for companies wanting to do business in Africa Europe and the Middle East.

As to advisers: Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz, Bill Kristol et al.

Perle's study group produced a report for Bibi netnayahu in the mid 90s called A Clean Break, A new strategy for the realm

Read also the Project for a new American Century Michael Ledeen from the American Enterprise INstitue is another leading figure. He is Mr. Total War, go to Iran after this.

A related note from a Joseph Wilson timeline I put together for my research:

September 15, 2002: Sunday Herald reports it has obtained New American Century (PNAC) document titled “Rebuilding America's Defences: Strategies, Forces And Resources For A New Century” from September 2000 by Bush team outlining US foreign policy goals including regime change in Iraq

I also notice Jacques Derrida participated in the BRussells Tribunal (Lieven De Cauter, "For A Justice To Come: An Interview with Jacques Derrida"). Derrida is one of the major forefathers of Deconstruction/Postmodernism, more widely known in non-academic circles as "political correctness"--things like the out-of-control judicial activism we're experiencing today are in no small part due to his academic influence on linguistic and legal theory. He was one of a group of radical French academics who came to prominence in the aftermath of the 1968 Paris student uprising, whose perpetrators he and his academic colleagues were linked to. He'd be the French equivalent of an old SDS professor--you might think on analogy to someone like Noam Chomsky (to oversimplify--in terms of academic/cultural influence Derrida is a Great White Shark where Chomsky is a minnow).

That operation is who's who of America-haters. It is amazing that they have been doing this since Vietnam.

They must have some heavy-duty funding.

I noticed rummaging around that they tried to bring Ronald Reagan up on war crimes charges.

Ramsey Clark was their attorney. What a shock, huh?

An anti-American party is never complete without Ramsey Clark! Howard Zinn is probably somewhere in there, too, unless his invitation got lost in the mail--hmm, let me Google that. . .Yep, sure enough:

The Advisory Committee of the BRussells Tribunal

Howard Zinn (Professor, writer, educator, and leader in nonviolent social protest - USA)

"I'm not convinced ..."

I agree with you .. because Rush has talked many times about how the "insurgents" are always quoting the dems talking points.

If the enemy knows they have the dems on their side (in critizing the military) - this action is right in line with the dems train of thought: All military are baby killers.

I remember at the beginning of the war how we were accused over and over of bombing a "wedding" - full of women and children and old people" - funny .. they're using the same line - our men are supposed to have killed women and children and old people .. I DON'T THINK SO!!

And .. some officer was on Fox6 in San Diego this morning - one of the guys who has been relieved of command - and he says the guys they are targeting as the perps WERE NOT EVEN IN HADITHA ON THE DAY THAT EVENT HAPPENED.

I'm sorry, but this is beginning to smell real bad .. and it's not because our guys did anything wrong .. it's because I'm becomming more and more convinced this was a set-up from the beginning.

The "insurgents" are in a panic. There's a new govt now, and they have been left out in the cold. What better way to get their power back than to discredit our military and start protesting in the streets - demanding that the Iraq govt FORCE the USA to leave.

I hope I'm not the only one who can see this ..??

You got it! The islamofascists consider it glorious to slaughter Moslem women and children in the name of the Fascist agenda (to take Iraq from the coalition and prevent self-governance in Iraq)). This was a set up that Murtha et al salivated for and were finally given ... by their allies, the Islamofascists. The time for winning is running out for the terrorists and Sunni pigs slaughtering fellow Iraqis so they are now playing the last cards in their blood drenched hands.

The key is the men being accused ... these are Marines Marines! These men are trained, not spoken to and shoved out a door to go kill the enemy. The fabric of these men, their honor and integrity of the Corp should be the first thing considered when accusations arise like these. These are too convenient incidents and the likes of slug Murtha and democraps demanding we leave Iraq now and lose the peace tells you this is no ordinary bad shoot ... it is a murder arranged by Iraqi terrorist Sunnis. What ought to happen next, whether the Marines are exonerated or not, is Murtha should be tried and thrown in prison for the rest of his sewage swilling life. Make an example of this traitorous bastard for future reference. Handcuffng our courageous Soldiers is the work of traitors, traitors mostly infesting the once honorable democrap party. Doesn't it scare the hell out of you that people are actally suggesting that we not vote or vote out the Republicans, to return the government control to the same traitorous bastards now smearing the most honorable amongst US? It scares me, and I can see a few years down the road that the men and women who liberated Iraq will be more despised than the courageous personnel who served in Vietnam should the sewer rats regain control of the military ....
