You must mean a massive increase in legal immigration from mexico above all others otherwise the border would not be "freed up". That and the border patrol and immigration enforcement would be "freed up" to focus on REAL criminals and unfavored nationalities that would by necessity need to be kept out since mexico would have most of the immigration slots.

Nope - I meant massive increases for everywhere around the world - there are only 100 million left in Mexico ; )
